TERMS AND CONDITIONS – FUNCTION ROOMS

Please make sure you read and understand the following terms and conditions in regards to making a booking at the Russell Court Hotel.   By filling in the online enquiry form you agree to the terms and conditions stated.

  • Provisional bookings can only be held for one week from the date that the booking is made. We will then require a deposit to secure the event. The deposit amount will be stated to you upon booking.
  • All deposits are non – refundable.
  • Neat Dress essential, ROAR.
  • Children are allowed to attend parties in private function rooms, please forward a list of ALL the names, ages and guardians names of people under the age of 18 to the hotel one week prior to your function. Children that are not on the list may be refused entry on the night.
  • All persons between the age of 18 and 25 years old will be required to carry a valid garda ID or passport, drivers licenses will not be accepted on the night. Please state this on your invitations, to ensure there is no problem on the night.
  • The hotel does not supply a resident DJ, a 100 euro plug in fee will apply for bringing in a DJ. Please inform your DJ that the hotel cannot offer a storage facility for       equipment and it must be removed from the hotel after the party.
  • The hotel does not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen, please take care of your personal belongings at all times.
  • Any decorations left in function rooms after a party will be discarded, if you wish to keep any decorations after a party, please take them with you at the end of the night. We can store a birthday cake for collection the next day, please see the floor manager on the night.
  • Any complaints / problems must be addressed on the night of the party, please go to reception and ask to speak with the duty manager. Subsequent complaints will not be entertained.
  • We require final numbers / food orders and payment in full one week prior to your function. Cheques will not be accepted at this stage. Other payment methods include cash, credit card or laser card.
  • Entry to the function rooms is through Dicey’s Garden door .Please inform all guests attending your party, that they must state to the security on arrival that they are attending a private function. Your guests will not be required to pay the cover charge at Dicey’s door. If any of your guests are mistakenly charged, please see the duty manager on the night for a refund. Refunds will only be given with the presentation of a ticket.
