Function Room Terms and conditions

If you have any people under the age of 18 attending the party, we would require a list of their names, ages and guardians names prior to the party.

All deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

We would require confirmation of your food order and payment in full at least three working days prior to your party.

If you have any issues on the night of your party, please contact reception and they will call the manager on duty for you. Any complaints must be addressed on the night as they cannot be rectified at a later stage.

Please note that security reserve the right of refusal on the night and neat dress is essential.

Any parties booked under false pretenses will be cancelled and the deposit withheld without prior notice
Please use blue tac when sticking up your decorations. We only allow decorations to be stuck up on the mirrors in the global bar. Please note that any damage to wallpaper or paintwork will incur a replacement or repair fee.

ID will be required, please inform any guests between the ages of 18 and 25 to carry valid passport or garda card.

GDPR notice- Please note that once you make a booking with us and receive a booking confirmation your contact information and event history will be stored on our system. This will not be passed to a third party. We will use this information to view your event history and in the event that you make a repeat booking with us. We may occasionally send you information of new promotions or events that may be of interest to you. If you do not want your contact information to be stored on our system, please email ‘’ with ‘Opt out in the subject line and I we will delete you as a customer. If you are unsatisfied with the handing of your contact information you can appeal to the data commissioner.
